Morning Corralejo beach yoga classes are creative and soft mindful flow yoga classes with yin elements, that bring balance to our body and mind. The movements are linked to the breath and classes are started with variations of sun salutations to warm and prepare our bodies for more intense stretching done towards the end of the class. The practice is gentle yet refreshing with plenty of modifications to make yoga accessible for everyone. I favour verbal cues and avoid any hands-on adjustments. Mats are disinfected after each use. PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor yoga class on a PUBLIC BEACH. The weather conditions and distractions around us are OUT OF MY/OUR CONTROL. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor to confirm that you are in good health to practice yoga. The classes are undertaken at your own risk, and I am not liable for any injuries that may incur. Please note that the classes are NOT SUITABLE if you are pregnant or have a serious injury! You will never forget your fisrt wave. The experience for beginners has been designed to allow those who have never taken waves to approach the world of surfing for the first time in total safety and with a smile by having the opportunity to be followed professionally by qualified instructor (ISA). Our desire to transmit our passion to every single person differentiates us, we organize single expereince so that each person has the opportunity to learn all the notions that are provided during the activity. This experience lasts 3.5 hours in total. The price includes equipment rental (surfboard / leash / wetsuit), transfers with 4x4 and waves. What we are going to do it`s easy, we will start in the morning or afternoon going to chose wich will be the perfect spot for our level, unload the ecquipment, start with the teory lesson on the beach(10 min.) warm up, and jump in the water praticing what we learn on the beach, trying to catch more waves as possible and learning at the best how to stend up on the board. We will finish the lesson doing a good stretching with amaizing ocean view.

Acompáñame a recorrer uno de los senderos más hermosos de Fuerteventura a caballo y a crear recuerdos que no olvidarás. Montaremos por la costa noroeste de la isla, entre las montañas desérticas y el mar. Divisaremos playas salvajes con el atardecer ante nuestros ojos o de la mañana bonita con el arte fresquito empezamos el día de mejor forma. Hallo ich bin der Max und arbeite seit 10 Jahren als Surflehrer in Fuerteventura, gerne möchte ich dich zu einem Individual Surfcoaching (ISA lizensiert) einladen. Unter Berücksichtigung deines Levels im Surfen (Anfänger oder Fortgeschritten) und Kenntnisstand erlebst du mit mir eine Surf-Session die gänzlich auf dein Können ausgerichtet ist. Der Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf den Säulen: Theorie, Funktionales Training, Praxis, Sicherheit, Bewegungs-/Video- Analyse. Bei einem telefonischen Austausch lernen wir uns kurz kennen und vereinbaren daraufhin einen Treffpunkt. Anschließend fahren wir gemeinsam zum Surfspot. Dort findet eine Revier-Einweisung sowie der Theoretische Unterricht statt bevor wir uns ins Wasser begeben. Zum Ende der Session lassen wir den Surf revue passieren, widmen uns der Fehler Analyse und schauen uns in gemütlicher Atmosphäre etwaige Videoaufnahmen von dir an, um deine Fehler besser zu verstehen Surfunterricht in kleinen Gruppen der den Horizont erweitert! Dir dabei hilft Fehler zu verbessern, neue Techniken zu erlernen und die nötige Wissensgrundlage bereitstellt, um mit Selbstvertrauen das Surfen zu genießen!

L'esperienza si adatta a tutti i livelli, con attività prima (riscaldamento) e dopo il surf (stretching). Per principianti (con tavole soft) consigli base video analizzati o i più esperti (con tavole short board) per qualsiasi movimento del corpo vogliano migliorare o accentuare con video professionali per far capire nei dettagli quali esercizi fare fuori per poi migliorare automaticamente in acqua. In caso di necessità (condizioni grandi e avverse o problemi di altro genere) c'è la possibilità di avere un'altro istruttore ben qualificato di supporto. Alla fine della giornata si può avere un tour di come si costruiscono e si riparano tavole da surf cercando di rispondere a qualsiasi lacuna o dubbio sullo shape o sulla manutenzione da avere.

Während einer 4-stündigen Wanderung erkunden wir die wunderschöne Vulkanlandschaft im Norden Fuerteventuras. Gleichzeitig werden wir unsere Energien mit kleinen Achtsamkeitsübungen ausgleichen und zentrieren. Wir beginnen unseren Mindful Walk in Lajares und nehmen eine andere Route, um den Vulkangipfel zu erreichen, als die allgemein bekannte. Die gesamte Wanderung mit den kleinen Achtsamkeitsübungen dauert ca. 3,5-4 Stunden mit einer kleinen Pause am Gipfel, um die herrliche Aussicht zu genießen. Mit meinem Wissen über Energie- und Mentalarbeit führe ich dich durch unseren Mindful Walk und die Übungen. Unser Ziel ist es, uns mit der Natur zu verbinden, uns zu erden und unseren Geist zu befreien, um unseren Fokus auf das Wesentliche neu auszurichten. Beim Wandern und Erkunden teile ich mein Wissen über die Vulkaninsel mit dir. Wenn du möchtest, gebe ich dir zum Schluss noch ein paar Tipps, wie du verschiedene Achtsamkeitsübungen in deinen Alltag einbauen kannst, um deine Konzentration und Aufmerksamkeit zu stärken.

- Jeden Morgen um 9:00 Uhr treffen wir uns im Zentrum von Corralejo. Ich habe die Ebikes voll aufgeladen und fertig. Ich stelle sicher, dass Sie die richtige Rahmengröße haben und stelle Sitz und Federung ein. Dann erkläre ich Ihnen, wie das Ebike funktioniert und gebe Ihnen eine Sicherheitsanweisung. Sie können dann auf einem kleinen abgelegenen Platz üben, bevor wir uns auf den Weg machen. - Die Ebike-Tour ist ungefähr 50 km lang. Unser Ziel ist es, von einer Küste (Corralejo) zur anderen Küste (El Cotillo) zu gelangen. - Unterwegs besteigen wir die Vulkane zwischen Corralejo und Lajares und ich werde Ihnen ständig etwas über die Insel, ihre Geschichte und natürlich die Gegenwart erzählen. - In dem kleinen Dorf Lajares machen wir eine kurze Pause, um einen Schluck Wasser zu trinken und bei Bedarf die Toilette zu benutzen. - Wir machen uns dann auf den Weg zur nächsten Etappe der Tour. Ich bringe Sie querfeldein durch leere Flussbetten und leicht zu erklimmende Hügel zum Fischerdorf 'El Cotillo' an der Westküste der Insel. - In El Cotillo bringe ich Sie zur besten Kaffeebar der Stadt, wo es auch warme Croissants und schoenne frische Smoothies gibt! - Die Panoramische gravel-straße zurück nach Corralejo führt Sie entlang kristallklarer Lagunen, weißer Strände und dem Leuchtturm. - Auf halber Strecke stoßen wir auf eine der ältesten Städte der Insel. Es heißt 'Majanicho'. - Von dort sind es nur noch 10 km bis nach Corralejo. Riechen Sie das Meer, spüren Sie die Energie von Fuerteventura.

Hello customers, this amazing experience is suitable for all levels, the meeting before the surf lesson will be where you prefer, for example from your accomodation or bar... than ready to go to the beach, the course is about 3 hours and with my experience in the island we choose the best surf spots of Fuerteventura island depending on level , waves conditions and tides, (exmple:cotillo, north shore, east coast...) all the material included: surfboards/softboard, wetsuist, leash and wax, surf spot explanation , exercises and muscle warming warm-up on the beach and than 1 hour with theoric and technique end when we are ready we do surf practice in the water(with intermediate to advance level I do video with video analysis. Other things to note Nothing is impossible......

Our journey begins with the famous dunes in Corralejo. These breathtaking sand formations are one of the most popular place on the island. I’ll tell you about the history and fun facts of this landscape. Next, we'll head to Bayuyo volcano, where we'll explore a crater and learn about the island's volcanic history. Our next stop is Popcorn beach the famous internet place, which is known for its unique rock formations that resemble popcorn. We'll then head to the little fishing village of Majanicho, where time seems to have stood still. We can't miss out on one of the most beautiful windmills in Fuerteventura located in El Roque. Have you ever been to the lagoons? Near El Cotillo, we can admire these beautiful natural pools and even take a dip if you're up for it! Lunch will be in the village of El Cotillo, where we'll enjoy some delicious local cuisine and take a break to relax and recharge. Finally, we'll head to THE beach. The crystal-clear waters and stunning cliffs will make you feel tiny in the grandeur of nature. Message me before making your reservation so we can arrange pick-up times and departure!

- We meet in the center of Corralejo. I have the Ebikes fully charged and ready. I make sure you get the right frame size and adjust your seat and suspension. Then I will explain you how the Ebike work, and give you a safety instruction. You are then ready to practice on a small secluded square before we set off. - The Ebike tour is about 35 km, and our objective is to go from Corralejo trough the volcanos, countryside and ocean side back to Corralejo. - Along the way we climb through the volcanoes between Corralejo and Lajares, and I will constantly tell you about the island, its history and off course the present. - In the small local village of Lajares we make a short stop to drink a zip of water and if needed to use the toilet. - We then set of for the next leg of the tour. I take you cross-country, to the fishing village 'Majanicho' on the north coast of the island. - In Majanicho we can browse around, I will tell you about the history and give you a moment to walk around to travel back in time - The panoramic gravel road back to Corralejo takes you along crystal clear lagoons, white beaches and fishermans huts. - From there it’s only another 5 km to make it back to Corralejo.
