Small cottage with shared fishing dock. There are three cottages on this slim parcel of land. All three share the fishing dock. This cottage is furtherest from the water however is a two minute walk past the other two cabins to get down to dock. Free on-site parking. Has wi-fi, kitchen, one bedroom, two beds (both queens), and two full baths. Has bbq pit so bring your cookout kit and wood. Super peaceful and great place to just get away. Perfect for a small family looking to make memories.

Nestled in the channels of Long Island Village, this beautiful waterfront cottage awaits. Bedrooms have a television capable of streaming. This property comes with a boat lift and a private dock to fish from. You will have the entire top unit and deck to yourselves. The bottom unit is not for rent so you will be by yourself on the property.

Smoke free cottage on a resaca featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. This home is fully equipped with private parking on 4.5 acres of land to watch migrating birds or relax on the furnished porch for your enjoyment. With a variety of southern trees surrounding the property, the shaded areas provide the perfect resting place for birds. The cottage is in a prime location- it is close to the Port so the drive to the beach is very convenient/easy, it’s also close to the airport and spacex.

One king bedroom, The living room sofa converts to a full size "futon type" bed. One bath, kitchen, washer/dryer, Sleeps 2-4, pool, patio bistro table and grill. Good dogs OK with $10 per night pet fee. No cats. City of Port Aransas Reg.#252151-1 We will collect the local hotel tax which is 7% of the nightly stay. There is room to park 2 vehicles on the street level at the base of the stairs.

A great vacation cottage with all the amenities to make it your home away from home. Great place for families with two lagoon pools and a playground. Just a quick walk to the convenience store next door for beverages. Kodys restaurant is a block away and a golf cart will come in handy if you’re out in about to the beach. Remember: no golf carts on HWY 361.
